About Me
Welcome! I’m Heather Rains—medium, channeler, psychic-intuitive, yogi, and believer in all things magical.
Through Bridge to Spirit, I connect you with loved ones in the spirit world and offer guidance through two types of readings:

I’ve had a deep connection to Spirit since childhood, but my true awakening came through deep personal loss—losing my grandfather, grandmother, dad, and best friend in just four years. Grief cracked me open, and through meditation, yoga, and mentorship, I learned to embrace my gifts. Now, my calling is to help others find healing through comfort, connection, and a deeper understanding of their journey.
I know what it’s like to long for a sign. How does this work?
Mediumship is like tuning into a frequency most don’t hear, but I’ve learned to recognize and interpret it. Spirit communicates through energy, images, words, emotions, and deep knowing. My role as a medium is to translate these messages with honesty, clarity, and compassion, using my Clair abilities:
